I can consult at any stage of a project, including:
- Attending pre-purchase property viewings
- Initial concept/options
- Pre-build prep
- Finding a builder and getting the build underway
- Managing the building program
- Crisis management
- Interior design
I also offer a full project management service which covers the entire process from the ideas stage to a finished home.
My black book has a fantastic list of suppliers (bathrooms, flooring, kitchens, etc), professionals (surveyors, structural engineers, architects, etc) and contractors (builders, decorators, carpenters, etc) who have all been vetted by me. Plus you can benefit from my trade discounts too!
I’m really aware everyone has different budgets, my service is available to everyone. Essentially I want to provide transparency about the renovation process to all my clients and give them practical advice and information so they can navigate their project with ease and make the most of their budget no matter what that is.
